Dreams affect our well-being and are part of our everyday lives. Dreams are worth paying attention to and remembering what we dream. We can dream things that explain things we don't know, things we probably wouldn't have known in real life but which have been revealed to us in our dreams.
A satisfying night's sleep is important. Failure to get enough rest can have psychological consequences. It affects your development, your growth and your soul. After a poorly spent night, meditations and magical practices will be harder to perform and your concentration level will tend to remain low.
There are many ways to get enough, restful sleep and proper sleep. In this post, there will be an excerpt I wrote for another post of mine, but I thought about it and came to the conclusion that it would be worth writing a post about it. As I intend to help all my SS Companions who are moving forward on this path, in the search for Knowledge, they are moving unstoppably towards Power. And for this, satisfying sleep is essential.
To this end, I have put together some practices to help you sleep well. As we all know, without sleep you cannot exist. To keep the human body alive and healthy, proper sleep is of paramount importance. You can go some days without sleep, but those few days won't be as pleasant without sleep. You may suddenly fall asleep in important situations, your mental development will be slowed down and thus hindered.
As for methods, I'll talk about the aura, aura programming, meditations, lifestyle, and I'll even touch a bit on runes. First, on my part in the reply. I will mark this separately so that the writings can be distinguished.
On Sleep Problems and Restful Sleep
First, I would suggest that if you have these problems, drink herbal tea before bed. It helps you relax, helps clear your head and mind. There are special substances for this.
Once you have all these, it becomes important to practice Void Meditation. You may ask why Void Meditation is important here too. It's because it keeps you clear, and focusing on nothing can easily put you to sleep, especially if you've been in a trance state before.
Be aware of your chakras and your aura. Clean it daily, as negative energies can be attached to it, making it difficult to sleep and affecting your daily life. Also pay attention to the energy flow, as chaotic energy flow in your body can cause unexpected things like insomnia.
These energies can also affect you when your brainwaves slow down and you start to fall asleep.
You can program your aura for this purpose. After cleansing, visualise your aura in, for example, a bright white light (you can choose a colour you find pleasant and effective, but first check what colour energy is good for what aura programming), or inhale a strong light and say an affirmation. "My aura is always clear and fully protects me in every way and guides my dreams to be positive for me!" x8 - for example.
You can also program the aura for conscious dreams, but it's more complicated and not easy.
As for nightmares and weird dreams, movies, especially horror movies, play an important role here. I need not go into how destructive they are to the mind and well-being. They can settle and later surface, even in the form of dreams.
This kind of mentality can create a block in the mind after a while, and you will not be able to distinguish reality from deliberately created and designed fictions.
Spiritual development will help you. As you get better, nightmares and distressing visions will eventually disappear from your mind. Stressful situations should also be avoided as they are unhealthy in many ways.
