Greetings everyone, I wanted to share the poem I wrote for Lord Valefor. My first communication with Him goes back to the early days of my journey, where everything was new and I was yet be a witness, to the Gods' abundant blessings. I remember very vividly, at that time, it felt miracalous.
With time, it becomes very clear that the Gods are always on our side, they are always there to help us and we just need to communicate with them, ask for guidance and help, then if we allow them to do this, there is only so much to achieve and have, and definitely nothing to lose.
Here's my poem for Lord Valefor, called Ode to Valefor. I hope everyone likes it and do not forget to remember Valefor, always and forever.
A hope lingers within the heart of the sick,
For what's more beautiful than the remembrance,
Of health, that rendered us invincible against time's tick,
And now we suddenly found ourselves in the divine's entrance.
In pursuit of those glorious days, where we conquer the illness,
Like the swift upon the wind, oh Valefor, come to our help,
As if you are Bellerophon back in Lycia, saving us from hopelessness,
Slaying the monster Chimera, silencing its terrific yelp.
O king of healing powers, allow us to pass the entrance,
Let us be present in your presence, when you bestow blessings,
For you have the heart of a generous king, absolute transcendence,
And crown us with the perfect health among your possessings.
