The application details a centralized computing system that receives information and denomination of a traditional currency, which is then converted to a digital form and recorded on a distributed ledger. This could work with any traditional currency, placing Visa in the middle of the process.

“This is clever. It positions Visa as a potential government partner to quickly deploy a digital currency that, with some significant effort, could ride the Visa rails,” said Tim Sloane, vice president of payments innovation and the director of the emerging technologies advisory service at Mercator.

It’s also a way for Visa to respond to changes in money movement that could potentially compete with the card network. Visa was initially part of Facebook’s Libra project, but left the initiative along with several other high-profile payment companies when regulators and politicians pressured Libra — mostly over Facebook’s role and the potential to circumvent government monetary policy.

“Widespread adoption of digital currencies would be bad for Visa’s traditional retail payments franchise,” said Eric Grover, a principal at Intrepid Ventures, adding this may be a case of Visa hedging against central bank or Libra-style digital currencies. “A digital currency supported by Visa and issued by banks could fit nicely with Visa’s business model of delivering payment products through license banks, albeit with thinner transaction economics.”

Visa did not return a request for comment by deadline. Visa’s application says cryptocurrency systems have advantages over traditional currencies, such as faster transfers, and the immutable record of transactions on a blockchain, which creates trust. Visa also argues governments likely cannot convert their systems entire to a crypto model, since that requires more technology than is widely available.

Like the card company’s tokenization and standardized buy button for online payments, Visa’s effort is an ongoing project that’s happening as millions of consumers and businesses digitize payment much faster than the previous trend.

The same can be said for central bank digital currencies. Many central banks were already working on digitizing their currencies to respond to the increasing role of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, as well as the global attention given to Facebook’s Libra project.

But this focus has turned to the delivery of government stimulus, which in theory can work faster with more broadly available digital alternatives rather than government checks. U.S. legislators have pushed for “digital dollars” or a public P2P app to speed government disbursement. These proposals would require the government to add digital payments technology.

Yes I know. I was even more concerned about this once I realized the top Jews probably know as well that they are going to face some problems around that time or at least very soon. Maybe they know stuff most of us including me don’t about their situation and that’s driving them in some ways.

The truth is if they are trying this hard they know they are at the end very soon if they don’t do something. I believe WW3 may have been their first idea but this was a back up since it failed. Notice how they tried to start it with Iran only a couple weeks before this. So that is what makes me think this is a back up plan. They don’t care they are going to try and push through their agenda ASAP. So it is really concerning.

We really need to do the rtr and hopefully soon the ritual for breaking down the barrier if the rtr isn’t going to do that all the way itself.

I really do hope we can do this. I am not so sure I am fully confident to be honest. I am not fully sure even what is going to plan and what’s not for them anymore. Hey I wrote like a very basic post a few days back regarding economic enslavement.
Now what I do believe is that opening up the lockdown in a whim will just being up people with even minor breathing problems or any flu to be given the malaria medicine( forgot the name) , this medicine as was explained to me by a person I know caused internal burning sensation till their immune system was completely broken and all this was administered for a simple cold as a precautionary measure till the Covid result was out.

I saw this a few years back on jewtube with a company chipping all it employees and their were acting all happy as they didnt have to scan their identity card to get in as this was too much of a "hassle". Hence I would like to say this is still world war without the soldiers rather the common man being troubled , drugged and maybe later chipped. Bitcoin was started as a project and its price was inflated to attract people to this to boost it and show how independent of the country's administration it ( Again feel free to correct me). Same is happening now but on a much slower scale with people being forced to quit jobs because of COVID and then we will have tens of millions who will agree to take money in form of digital currency in their accounts everymonth as benefits , " convenience".


Now Google and its related companies are going hardcore buying companies with the money they have to become the owners of these companies and maybe later implement salaries in only the chip digital form. And since every country has these "useful idiots" who are ready to sell their companies for money not knowing( or choosing to ignore) what the future holds.

It is very tough to argue with the stock market guys regarding the cryptocurrency as till now it was labelled as a " good , expensive investment" and the herd mind on knowing they can get the facilities that the rich have is most likely to jump in and take this offer of "upper class living", same thing happened with governments taking up free loans to the point they were neck deep in debt ( I say free because the interest rate on these loans is close to 0 percent).
