Noticable personality shift when raising energy

Hey everyone I'm new here thought I'd make a post about what I experienced for the (4th?) time yesterday.

So during pineal meditation while taking in energy;

A feeling of being incredibly small while having been "drawn out" across the entire tapestry of existence, a noticable increase in the static that I can see and also seeing more "fractal" shapes. A growing disinterest/disgust about my physical life, hobbies, family/friendships, and then I sit there zoning out for 5 minutes wondering why I'm even here.

The best way I would describe it is as some sort of "divine boredom," has anyone else experienced any of these things? Am I just being stupid and is this a clear sign to take my energy work seriously? Probably.

You are looking at your life from an outside view. If there are things that are not how they should be in your life, work to improve them.

If you see certain things as being unhealthy, or that your time is wasted on some activities when it would be beneficial to you to spend more time on a different activity that would improve you in some way, this gives you the knowledge of how to act. Like seeing that a hobby like video games is a waste of time, but a different hobby like learning a new subject or training a valuable skill will be better for you.

This often happens in soul cleansing.
What you are feeling can be described as a desire to create bigger and more meaningful things.
I don't mean in the sense of simply making money or achieving things in your life.
It's something deeper than that.

Maybe in those moments you just realize how fake everything is.. it's the modern world Brother!

A feeling of being incredibly small while having been "drawn out" across the entire tapestry of existence, a noticable increase in the static that I can see and also seeing more "fractal" shapes. A growing disinterest/disgust about my physical life, hobbies, family/friendships, and then I sit there zoning out for 5 minutes wondering why I'm even here.

This means that you had positively activated your higher chakras. The result of it can be otherworldly, seeing things from another perspective, being ungrounded, and so on.

Take care to stay balanced and grounded in your day-to-day life in order not to neglect other areas of your life. The Temple of Zeus provides help with bettering one's life in all areas, not just in meditation.
