Non-love Attraction Spell?

<td val[/IMG]Well, I don't really post in the groups often, I try my best when I do, and I do read just about all the messages. So, I feel kinda awkward posting for advice. Okay so, I used to have a really good pen pal that I wrote to all the time. We wrote to each other for six months, and became very close friends, eventually developing feelings for each other. Skipping to the end, I ended up not writing to him anymore (it was nothing he said or did, it was my own immaturity) and that was five months ago. I have no way to get in touch with him anymore. I would REALLY like to talk to him, to apologize for just falling off the face of the earth, just see how he's doing. Maybe fix our friendship. I'm not looking for a love spell to make him fall in love with me, I don't want that, and I don't want a friendship spell that will just attract a random person to me to start a new friendship. I was really wondering if anyone knew a spell or something that would, hmm, encourage this specific person to get in contact with me? Like something that would encourage our paths to run together very soon? I really appreciate the help!!!
