Hi I read about after life and ghosts at templeofzeus.org so I have a question can people who dont believe in Satan after death go to Satan's heaven if they really want it or cant?

I've got a better question: Why should you deserve ? - This is not to say that you deserve or not but the question has relevance, ask yourself that.

there is a possibility for being prisoned astrally and rotten away too and its not okey to me.
I would think if the Gods and Goddesses are powerful-enough, which They seem to be, then They could help make sure a person still reincarnates into a Spirtual Satanic family or a family where the Soul eventually would come to know Satan.

You mentioned 'better reincarnation possibilities'. That's entirely up to you. It depends on how much you've grown individually in every area of life, as well as the quantity and quality of your contribution to mankind. Those are the goals of existence: growing yourself and contributing positively to your community.
Your next life is proportional to those accomplishments. It wouldn't be fair to give you a better or worse life than what you deserve.
