I think yes, it does, everything is more quiet at night, everyone is asleep, meaning you can do energy working on someone easier for example, it is simply easier to concetrate at night, and you can easily fall into trance, as you do everynight when you dream. As for progress, you shouldn't skip a day, but if there is reason why you can't, then it is ok, for example i had health problems and couldn't meditate. It does affect you if you are beginner, it makes it harder to come back especially if you are worried as your mind won't get clear that way, but when you are a bit more advanced and if you do void meditation daily, then you could 'jump' on the track even after a week ( in my case, had no problems ).Everyone is individual.

If I meditate later at night does it make any much of a difference? Also one day I feel asleep without meditating by accident how banks that for my meditation progress it really has me worried
