hello brothers and sisters , i got a question and i was wondering if anyone could help me ,

well i did the start 3rd eye meditation and i feel the tingling thing on my forehead or like shocks on it , so i was wondering if i can move to the crown chakra or i had to keep meditating until i can see my aura??? sorry for my english

You SHOULD move to the crown chakra, and if you want to empower your 3rd eye further do the part of the "full chakra meditation" for it on monday in a hour of the moon (download chronos xp)
