I have been reading the TEMPLE OF ZEUS website for quite some time and I do not understand if the main chakras that you are suppose to clean and direct the cobra is the back chakras that are on the spine or the chakras in the center? Thanks.

Clean all middle chakras and it's extensions. The serpent meditations are in the back extensions.
