Hey guys I made a youtube channel for the group. I am going to make a video for each meditation. Giving people a visual aid.

Alright so here's my contribution to the beginner's meditation program thing. It should be made very clear to all beginners that the foundation meditation MUST be done every day in the beginning to acclimate the physical body to astral energy. Just breathe in white light. If I had known this in the beginning I would be up to a year ahead of where I am now.

They also need to know that they must sensitise themselves to energy. Meditations needed to do this are below.

Clairsignation meditation: to do this, go outdoors around nature - a garden would be an ideal place for this as the energies of nature are positive and abundant. Visualise an electric blue light over your body and imagine the energies around you gently touching your aura. Do your best to really FEEL them. After a lot of practise, progress to doing this in your room or any sensible place.

Chakra energy meditations: just focus as intensely as you can on one chakra at a time and do your best to feel the energy; I know from experience that this is difficult, but persist.

I think that this and the Spiritual Warfare Training Program covers the beginning meditations.
