I have a few important questions about getting spiritually involved: I feel I am energetically blocked, and have a cruel spirit that is in my energy field. I don't know how to get rid of. I feel like ignoring it and being as physically present in my life (good diet, intense exercise, hiking, sometimes watching tv and reading) is the only thing I can do. But I want to heal my energy centers and get this spirit to move on before I can really engage in any meditation. What do you recommend? Can someone help me remove this spirit?

When I found myself in a desperate situation such as you speak of, I asked Father Satan for help, as I didn't
know what else to do. HE came through almost immediately! Cleared out the unwanted entities. Father is
awesome! Of course, you should try a banishing ritual first, as Father is very busy. However, if that doesn't work,
ask Father for HIS help.
I know HE is busy, but HE often helps us when we can't seem to solve the problems on our own.
