Sup everyone, I have been in the ToZ groups for about 2 years, but i
am a lurker. I have learned alot from being in these groups. I wish to
learn more.

I will be using a lot of this as teaching material here. Also,
everyone who feels comfortable is invited to post their experiences
with the meditations. I also have some other rare material in book
form that I will be using here.

I also have some texts on herbs. Herbs used magickally need to be
infused with power. Each herb has a corresponding element. By
infusing the herb with the element, this amplifies its power. There
is a lot more to herbal magick than what is in the books at the
bookstores and online. Water is magnetic and holds energy well. All
kinds of different energies can be directed into water. The same can
be done with herbal waters and tinctures. I know i am rambiling. I
