i checked out the meditations earlier and i have opened my all 8 chakras...just have problem with 8 th chakra that whenever i do 8th chara awakening exercise my back pains ..especially the spinal cord..why is it so..any answers

open your second sacral chakra,maybe u missed out on that,bcos whenever one misses second sacral chakra and does the awakening exercise,the spinal chord is not able to take that much energy and the spinal cord starts to pain.
