everytime i open my heart chakra it seems to make me nervous around the heart. i hate feeling nervous because it could sometimes lead to fear! is there anyway to block that feeling out?

maybe the nervousnous is just repressed emotions trying to surface and you should deal with them. Thats just my opinion... I recommend just going with it and see what happens. also, you might need to open all your other chakras to make this feeling go away. hope i helped.
