neptune transit

for a while neptune is in conjunction with my sun (the chart ruler) and mercury, those transits made me feel like s*it, this transit made me fear and doubt every decision I made- for 2 months and is still going . what can I do to to diminish / eliminate the effects of neptune over me, I specify that I am not very spiritually advanced
