Neptune Square?????????????????????????????

Neptune is in pisces right now and will continue to be in pisces for the next some odd twenty years. Neptune is STRONGEST in pisces, as that means Neptune is within it's home ruling sign. So why isn't there a Neptune Square?
And if there isn't a neptune Square hiding out somewhere (i know there isn't one on the site), what can I do to make my neptune stronger if its in fall? Do I just draw down it's energy into my pineal gland? Or is there more to it?

you can "work with" the energy (invoke, envoke, meditate on it etc)
just like the squares just vibrate a mantra/ the mantra for it for Neptune's # and let the Gods guide you.
