There you go. All the basic stuff for beginners. Well at least this is what I have been doing for quite some time. Do which ones feel right for you, but do the ones I marked as important every day. They are necessary for quite a lot and theres no escaping these if your gonna advance. You might as well get used to it early on. Yes void meditation is hard at first but it gets easier with practice like anything. Dark blessings.
