My third eye weakening?

Hi, Couple days ago I was being attacked so i decided to close my chakras and after opening them I seen an alien but i ignored the sightings to avoid any trouble ,And then I did full chakra meditation and still I can't see spirits well as before and my energy is being consumed I'm not sure what to do so I'm doing a banishing soon, How do I fix my third eye?
