ok so ive been progressing quite qell the last few weeks im quite new and now for the last 4 days for no reason i can think of none of my meditations work i can't get ina trance my foundation meditaion is utterly fail and visulisation is even worse than before this is a bit unrelated but also a lot of things have been going wrong recenlty aswell
my meditations aren't working anymore please help

You say there has been a lot of things going wrong.
Life can seriously screw with your head, thus your concentration, meditation, visualisation, everything. Start out by trying to void your mind, if you can't, notice what thoughts are breaking your concentration
You will have to either address those issues or practice keeping them at bay. Life tends to screw with everything.
