do the king and queen meditation once you have advanced enough ( DO NOT DO IT IF YOU ARE INEXPERIENCED) this is extremly powerful done over a period of a month or two will awaken certain energies....
and do the headstand meditation from father aswell ,
the RAUM meditation is extremely important!!!
