My left wing bone hurts.

I woke up this morning and it physically aches. I am going to go into a deep trance and inspect it, healing it with white gold light later.

Is there any reason for this? Are these growing pains? What are your thoughts?

That's the thing, I don't think they need to be healed (now that the pain is not in one area but goes around...it's a stabbing pain but I can handle it.)No, you don't need to be a in trance to heal yourself or someone else. I have healed myself using runes (I had an allergic reaction to a cream on my hand) and I was calm and focused, but not in a trance. I was successful in healing myself, the swelling went down within the hour. I used Thurisaz.But if others have healed themselves or others in a trance, please feel free to share. As I have not done this before and would be interested in hearing if others have.
