This was not my first experience. My first time I didn't know what was going on, so the Kundalini felt as if it stopped at my Solar Plexus, and went back down. This is Act2, perse.
It first started while I was dozing off in a nap (I usually start my naps with a little meditation to lull me to sleep), and then I entered one of those dreamstates, where you could control what you did. I walked around my house, spoke to my mother, then went back to my bed, where I laid my head down toward the bed and then I tried entering into a trance (yes, I started doing the procedure to go into a trance in my dreamstate). I successfully did, and it felt like I was floating all around my room, with my head as a pivot (still connected to the bed)
It was interesting because as I was rotating around, I felt everything I touched. I remember thinking "oh no, I'm going to hit my altar" and I felt the points where my candles and my pictures would be, touching my legs. I then heard this loud shriek, and thought to myself "pterodactyl?" and imagined it for a second, but didn't know where it came from. Then my body worked toward my bed in the position my actual physical body was lying in.
Starting from when I heard the "shriek" I felt these continuous sensations along my spine generating from the base of my spine. It was as if someone was poking me softly, repeatedly along my spine, and it went all the way to where my solar plexus chakra is. It tickled, in a way
For a while I wondered "What the hell is that?" then I realized the "poking" sensations were not straight along my spine, it was waving from side to side like a snake, that's when I thought "KUNDALINI!" so, as the meditation instructions instructed, I directed it up through my spine. When it hit where my 6th chakra is, I felt/saw a white flash, then I led it out my crown chakra.
End.
I know everyone's experience will differ but here's a comparison: I've read accounts where it's supposed to be extremely painful like "molten lead", and I was expecting it, and desiring it (I'm sort of masochistic, no pain, no gain), but all I got was the "tickling" poking sensation. Was wondering if anyone else's experience different so greatly from the norm?
Also the bright flash at the 6th chakra wasn't the "brightest" thing I've ever seen, as it was supposed to be.
Perhaps this wasn't the full force kundalini? Responses would be appreciated =)
