muslims changing the rules at work help!

I work in a meat packaging plant in Nebraska and theres a lot of somalian muslims there. well friday they started a stupid thing were they cant eat for a month except at 9pm. We have our break from 8 to 830pm and now they said we gotta go to break at 9 because thats the only time the muslims can eat! By 9 were really tired and hungry and gotta use the restroom its too long! theyre basically changing the rules just cause of their fucking god! I really dont want them to get away with it, they shouldnt be bringing religion in to work. Nobody knew on friday why they had us waiting til 9. But ima tell everyone tomorrow. I need ideas on how to stop this please! thanks

Have you tried legal action???? This sounds like a Better Business Bereau type of suit, or case. No, they CANNOT make you adhere to their relgions bullshit.

Any work force that does that in any part of the USA is breaking the law
I do not know much on how the law works
But
There must be some form of legal action you can take
