Mucles

AvatarAleksios1 min to read

Which planet governs the body's muscles? Has anyone done a magical study before on how to optimize and enhance muscle development? I had really like to hear about this and see what others with experience have to say.

Mars does rule the body's muscles.

Could this mean that due to the lack of Mars energy, my muscles grow slower in the gym? How is that work?

I know that but had really like to hear about the experiences of people who have used it. I had started a Mars Square for the muscle bulding before but unfortunately ı missed a day and it fell apart. I will have time for it soon so I want to try it again.

I remember you used to fitness, sir.

I don't know about muscle building, but years ago, a friend of mine used Mars Square for physical strength and felt stronger than before.
You can also do Sun Square for vitality to help grow muscles.

All you need is yourself, to meditate, and to heal your soul. The key to greatness is already in there. You don't need to be anyone else, but your own self. Live your life, exist and advance. Do your most beautiful work on your soul and life now.

If you want to climb in life, you will have to engage life and not complain about the rules.

Yes, when I was, I had excellent effects via the Mars Square, very direct, and it increased everything as it should with strong condition. Definitely recommended.

Great! I love Squares.

Thank you, Sir.

Mars, as HP said. Make sure you combine it with actual resistance training and diet to maximize gains 💪

Not saying this is you, but some Zevists make the mistake of not meeting their spiritual workings halfway or more through the material realm.

Mars does rule the body's muscles.

So Mercury is the nerves and mobility and Mars is muscles? Always fun to learn new things. Never done a Mars square before but I can try sometime to couple with gym sessions.

Can women do a Mars Square for muscles, too?

I'd love to increase my muscle mass, obviously with the appropriate diet.

Women can do a Mars square, and men can do a Moon square. There are things of these energies that we all need.

Solar energy also helps improve your physical performance by increasing your vital energy and recovery capacity. In summary:
Mars: Strength and muscle mass.
Sun: Vitality and recovery capacity.
Mercury: Coordination, dexterity, and a stronger, more resilient nervous system.

Could this mean that due to the lack of Mars energy, my muscles grow slower in the gym? How is that work?

Yes, but even with abundant Mars energy the following are requirements, so make sure you meet them:

  1. Healthy sleep quality

  2. Healthy diet, with an adequate surplus of calories, an appropriate amount of protein, and little to no alcohol especially preceding sleep time (average time to process 1 unit of alcohol is 2h, while the units of alcohol in a drink varies by percentage, so Google is your friend there, and you need to aim to have processed all ingested alcohol before sleeping)

  3. A suitable training plan, and actually focusing on the exercises you're doing instead of podcasts / music / etc. Mindfulness rather than absent-mindedness. I'm not saying don't listen to music. All I'm saying is that music is background, not point of focus. Podcast are bad advice from self-appointed life gurus who cater mainly to an audience that goes to the gym for health reasons rather than muscle growth aims.

If the above are all on point, while your Mars energy is brought in a healthy range and you still struggle to gain muscle, then there can be issues of other kinds to address such as hormonal, psychological, and so on. But the majority of people tend to blame those layers when they don't even have any consistency with the basic physiological and logical needs mentioned above.

It's also worth mentioning that pumping yourself with Mars energy won't absolve anyone of an otherwise bad lifestyle when it comes to sleep, nutrition, and training load management.

If you need further information on healthy sleep / diet / alcohol, feel free to consult other topics where I speak about it, and ask questions under them.

All the best.

@Aleksios : inhaling the colour red, programming it for muscle growth, and visualising the process and desired outcome also helps very powerfully with muscle growth, based on personal experience.

Yes, but to add a perspective. A slight deficiency is okay, too, given that the required building blocks are met (both macro and micronutrients), and there is an excess of fat in the body. Most people have at least some excess fat.

Using color magick for recovery is equally useful. Especially great when using crystals along with trance.

I agree it's possible but it largely depends on people's physiology. For example, some people need very aggressive short-term deficits/surpluses to lose or build anything, followed by 1 week of maintenance, and repeated for a few cycles. Others will have dramatic recompositions even around maintenance with a healthy diet, and so on.

Important for Americans seems to also be recommendations to hydrate properly. This involves the right balance of water and electrolytes. Why for Americans? Because they have a tendency to drink anything but water according to my observations. Sodas and carbonated drinks aren't a good source of hydration, and should definitely never replace water, which is the main mean of hydration for all physical living beings from plants to animals to humans. "Diet" coke, coke zero, and similar also have inherent risk outside of occasional/moderate use, and should definitely never be your main source of hydration.

Since you brought up excess fat, that for most men is anything above 12% of your total body mass. Age is not factor in body fat ranges, but an excuse from lazy people including illness-based medicine rather than performance/health-based medicine. Regarding these different approaches to medicine, one should consider for electrolytes and other nutrients what ranges are they referring to. The correct ones are closer to "functional medicine" ranges, not to mainstream medicine ranges. Mainstream medicines ranges are incorrect as they only identify some excesses and severe deficiencies, while their "optimal/healthy" range usually include several degrees of what are actually deficiencies for the human body at the low end of their scale, and some instances that are considered minor excesses in mainstream medicine are actually in the optimal range for a human body to thrive.
