Fellow brothers and sisters of Spiritual Satanism, I hope to contribute in accord with the desires of Father Satan. And I feel compelled to share certain knowledge that I have been gifted with. If you have gained this knowledge, your comments of confirmation that these things I speak of are true is appreciated. If you dispute the truth of this knowledge, I welcome being challenged and corrected in the path of Truth.

The title gives my subject away, and it occurs to me that there are many adults that tend to cling to their emotional pains and past struggles. And rather than letting the go, they are re-living and reciting them to themselves and others, wearing them as a badge of honor.

That there will be struggles and pain in life is inevitable. However, clinging on to past pains unnecessarily is not to anyone's benefit.

The mind is malleable. The subconscious is delicate. As you speak, so you create. And as you condition your mind with your words, so it shall be accustomed to operating. You are in control of your reality. I do not mindlessly tell my close friends to "have a good day". I encourage them and remind myself that "a good day" is to be consciously made, not something to randomly occur. So I say "create a good day" or even "don't have a good day, MAKE IT a good day".

Reading the Al Jilwah multiple times a day is highly recommended.

If you can, aquire an audio recorder and record each chapter in your own voice, and listen to it daily, if possible. Let it sink into your mind and heart, and IT WILL STRENGTHEN YOU! If you allow the words in the Al Jilwah to sink into your subconscious mind, you will notice a shift in consciousness. Things that would upset and frustrate you before will become minor annoyances, and you will make mole-hills out of mountains instead of making mountains out of mole-hills. Tasks that are too painful to accomplish for others will seem do-able to you. Patience, born of greater understanding will become part of your nature, little by little.

Do not expect to become a champion over one night or even one year of disciplined living and mind-conditioning. However long it took to create the thought patterns you currently have---20 yrs, 30, 40 yrs, it may take as long or half as long to clean the mind of undesirable thought patterns and to control your own thoughts. It depends on the impact and intensity with which you are coming from, and the dedication and consistency you demonstrate in re-training your mind.

Most people have not trained their minds properly. Determination is weak, goals are low, and if a few obstacles are encountered, many assume "maybe this just isn't for me". Whatever it is that you're doing, whatever your intentions are, if they are worth-while causes, they are worth working for and fighting for, WHY QUIT? Why quit when you have just begun? Why accept the attitude that because others quit, it's ok for YOU to quit? STOP THAT. Stop it now. Slap yourself in the face if you have to, but give yourself and your goals a chance. Let the obstacles and set-backs come, let the nay-sayers and discouragers round up one by one or ten-by-ten, but LET YOURSELF BE UNSTOPPABLE in your purposes. Let your purposes be in line with the path of Truth, that they will benefit yourself, and those whom you care about. Let Father Satan guide you in His infinite wisdom. And let Him speak to you through the Al Jilwah multiple times a day. Read it, hear your own voice read it, and gain the power to control your own mind and thought-patterns.

There are many possible distractions. There are enemies. Be wise and privy to the enemies outside of you as well as the enemies inside of you. Yes, I refer to the greys, whom are weak when one is on their own, but I also refer to the internal enemies of laziness and lack of urgency--the attitude that certain things could be done later when it would be better to be done as soon as possible--procrastination, complacency--recognize these enemies. STAY FOCUSED. Whatever it is that you are doing that is "in accord with your nature"---DO IT, and remember that Father Satan allows and welcomes you to follow your nature so long as you do not oppose Him.

True it is basically a great guide for success and progression. Also, continuously using affirmations and using tape recorders are great and fast ways to program and change the subconscious as you wish.

Thank you for the knowledge brother. I myself have used Hypnosis, Mesmerism, Fascination for self improvement and it has helped to transform me. It is also great for anyone who finds it difficult to stick to the meditations or any goal. Sometimes it can be difficult to change habits when so many have been turned away from their beautiful mind. We do need to go through the path of pain to emerge on the other side, Negredo is what I think. I went through it too, shortly after I first dedicated, maybe for a little while, but the rain will stop and the new day will emerge.

Hail Satan! Hail Set! Hail the Daemons!
