Midpoint Sun-Moon and synastry

I'm looking at me and my partners Midpoints in synastry, specifically the Sun-moon midpoint. Well it turns out hers is in 26* of Aries and mine is 25* of Aries. I know a little bit as it being a powerful point in relations to that person self-esteem and emotions. So I was wondering if this correlated that we are the same and work well? Also another aspect is I have the True node from our composite chart 26* Sagittarius so it trines, and I don't really want to jump the gun and be like the true node represents fate and this relationship is fated. So if there is another interpretation that differs?
