Greetings , i have a doubt regarding meditation, i live near a very busy main road, cars contantly pass by most of the time, even with double glass windows its very distracting hearing the trafic at rush hour cars motorbikes ambulances etc, when i want to relax i usually listen to some channels on youtube, i am rather fond of a few

I was doing just fine before I moved now I’m surrounded my the noisiest neighbors ever they are out side all the time right out side my window cause it’s nice out throwing parties working on load machines and blaring their garbage brain washing music .....so now I’m having the same problem I’ve found that play 432 hz music from YouTube helps but they are so noisy that I can hear them over my music And I can’t focus while blaring my own ear drums out ! So I know what your going Threw .
