Hello everyone, I will soon do the dedication ritual and then start the meditations. I have two programs in mind, the six-month program and the forty-day program. I prefer the six-month program but I am open to all kinds of ideas. Which one do you think I should do?

Hello everyone, I will soon do the dedication ritual and then start the meditations. I have two programs in mind, the six-month program and the forty-day program. I prefer the six-month program but I am open to all kinds of ideas. Which one do you think I should do?
Both are good to begin with, the 40 day one is more of a beginner guide and can help you feel and get used to the constant meditations, after doing the 40 day, you can began the 6 month one. Ever after doing both of these, you must continue all you have learned from these routines and do they daily. Such meditations include : Void meditation, aura cleaning, aura protection and opening the chakras.
