What are the best meditations I can do when trying to stop smoking? I'm scared to quit because of the withdraw symptoms. I've heard that many people have quit cold turkey with very few problems thanks to meditation so please give me some advice and list some meditations I could do. I would greatly greatly appreciate it.:)

The main thing to learn is control, control of those feelings that may come. Control is very important in this situation, another thing that will help (In my opinion) is if you use golden energy on your lungs/mouth/nose area to stimulate the feeling of smoking, except it's not going to kill you over time. My best advice is don't be scared of it, fear is what slows you down in most cases.

I quit anti depressants through the power of meditations, yes, cold turkey. And I have been doing fine since. Another good thing you can do, is do it strong, do it well, and do it fast, so you don't have to think about the side effects. Sometimes our abilities can hurt us if they aren't trained correctly. (Cause symptoms of withdrawl because you really believe you are going to get them.) Which is why I say, do it, and do it knowing you won't get knocked back in to it, do it knowing it can't hurt you, do it knowing smoking is one of the biggest dangers to your health out there! A little withdrawl is better than having your lungs collapse, isn't it?

HAIL SATAN!!!!
