I want to add this into my daily sessions, just wandering if it would be good to do it at the end of each session, when I am lying still and would usually meditate on my own energies. I'm wondering if it may even be more effective this way. Or prehaps during my Hatha Yoga, in each asana focusing on Satan's Energy within me. Would this empower and increase His Energy more than just sitting/lying and focusing on it?
