Meditation on objects

I have a Nazi knife dagger and a badge from WWII, and they apparently have originally been in the Hitler war and are authentic. My question is, can I find out through meditation who owned them? Is there a meditation like that? I don't see any on JOS that's why I am asking. Thanks in advance brothers and sisters

DISCLAIMER: The following is purely my opinion!
This sounds like it could be a pathworking. I personally would sit holding it in meditation. Guide yourself at first, you are a soldier using said item. Lead yourself in as much as you can. Eventually, the vision should take over and you may get an answer, you may learn something vital to your growth. I'm sure our more experienced members will be of more help, but this method could definitely be interesting.
