Meditation noob here in need

I have read a couple of books in the past(much of I carnt remember) and also tryed meditating for a few weeks but had no proper guildence I am reading the joy of Satan web page on meditation but I'm getting abit overwhelmed trying to study everything.

I ask for help from a fellow brother or sister to get me on the right track.
