Meditation & GD

So am new to meditation so, i wish i ask you wut is the best way to meditate to visit your Astral Altar.And how can i found my GD is he/she there, shoud i invite my gd in my astral altar and that stuff.Cleary say'd how can i found who is my GD how is named and stuff like that. wut shoud i do after this creation and dedication in my astral altar.Idk did i did it right and is my creation valid.

All this info is on the JoS. About creating an Astral Temple, finding your Guardian, etc. Take some time to read the site.

Your Guardian will make themselves known when you're ready. Often when they're new, people want to know who their Guardian is straight away. This isn't important. Because at this point they won't be able to see/hear them, as they are not spiritually open enough. For now just work on empowering yourself through daily meditations.

If your are not sure if you did the dedication right, do it again on the physical plain. It's for your brain to know, and your body to feel. As for your Guardian, use a Ouji board.
