Meditation and change: share your Zevist experience

My goal is to show newcomers how important meditation is in the life of a Zevist and how, through its practice, people can evolve, change themselves and their lives, so because it shouldn't be underestimated.

My teeth got whiter from doing the serpent hissing breath.

I've no claim to fame. I've had energy manipulation and could feel my hands vibrate and push against each other; but so far the biggest thing is my mind and my outlook.

Where once I always covered my head in shame at my problems now I'm starting to look at them with the understanding I can move on and have actual power.

When problems arise I actually care to face them know and change my ways. I am not so fearful as I once was, and with my Brothers and Sisters I've learned more than I would on my own.

Zevism, as a Path to the Gods, is one that comes in levels. It may feel discouraging to begin meditation, witchcraft, or study and feel as if you aren't making progress. That was me for the first bit, and although I was fortunate enough not to have come from an Abrahamic background, I had my own struggles that held me back.

However, let me share where I am now :

In the last two year alone, I have transformed my life to a point that I am finally materially content and spiritually competent. I went from poverty level to living in a very good municipality with a mortgage, family, stable job, and active Zevist in our beloved community. Spiritually speaking, I can now get some things that I want, change someone's mind or my circumstances, and receive divine revelation when fortunate enough.

I shouldn't boast, but I notice that newer members like proof of magic, so this summer I stacked Jupiter squares and I manifested a free vehicle (worth roughly 10K), and a newly paved driveway without asking or paying. I salvaged a relationship that could have caused catastrophe. I communed with Gods to write Zevist personalities, which I quoted to the best of my ability.

Better than the above, however, is the psychological transformation that I've gone through in such a short time. I am happy, optimistic, and existentially appreciative. I love Temple of Zeus, the Gods, and those here. I am truly blessed to have such purpose, which is really starting to clarify in VT.

Even just utilizing the basic mechanics introduced in the 40 day program, alongside my Dedication and haphazard half-effort, I have found considerable foundational restructuring into a better future for myself and those around me. Still highly inept myself, I have found the blessings of the Gods to be plentiful, and measured.

This thread is a good idea.

I have reached a point in my journey where I am blessed to be a Zevist and embody its values. As I purify myself more, I genuinely appreciate everything we have, even given another day is a huge blessing. I am inclined to embody our Virtues and you should too, it's one of the ultimate paths. The path of Maat.
