Meditation advice needed, please

Greetings..
I'm having trouble with what I believe to be a thoughtform. The seemingly odd thing is, it's in my neck, from shoulder level up to the base of my skull, where something is connected in an upside down wide 'v' shape. This is part of it but not the same as the rest which is like a clump of negative energy seemingly programmed to interfere with my thought processes and feed off energy generated or released thru power meditation, orgasm and emotions. My progress has been extremely slow due to this
