I just started meditating recently after joining the group. It is very hard for me to block out everything and have a clear mind to do this. Any advise? I also besides the website wondered where I could find an altar with everything else that is needed in the daily routine. Thank You. Hail Satan.

Hey. :3You could do void meditation to help you with keeping your focus... It will be extremely difficult in the beginning, but just keep at it, and you'll see progress.As for the items for the altar, well... I searched through the shops (in real life). :PI believe the "bell" is the only thing you'd have some trouble finding it (unless you tried those sick christian shops ew, I wouldn't recommend it). Personally, I found it in a place where they sold old antiques and stuff (and it wasn't expensive).

i have the same problem. my best advice to you is when you close your eyes try to focus on a red or white dot and only concentrate on staring at it until everything that is going on in your life is a big blur. That is what has helped me.
