I once did attempt to lose weight using energy. Yet, I came to a halt after I was beginning to weaken and felt sick. What I did was I programmed my energy to fill my stomach, and keep it from becoming hungry. 'Twas truly a success, but I became dizzy after not eating, and ceased. Yet, one requires fat to live and not consuming carbohydrates made my body resort to its fat storages, which then weakens the body because it thinks there is not any food, so you will not be able to function normally with this method; and if you lose weight you will automatically gain it back after eating ANYTHING. This is because the body goes into something like "survival mode" and reserves all fat intake, so it will in turn make you fatter.

For these reasons I suggest you focus your energy on not becoming tired, realize you have will and drive to lose weight, and hit the gyms or run.

If you lose weight too quickly you might die like the guy from that Subway advertisement .
