This process takes an hour to an hour and 30 minutes but this will give you a 20-22 hour day without feeling tired.
Don't focus on being up all night focus on energy raising direction and intake.
-First don't drink or do drugs if you want this to work. You should be clean all together
-get a good nights rest before, that's mildly important.
-When u wake up don't lay there for more than 10 minutes.
Eat before you meditate minutes then do a regular meditation for 10-15 minutes .(Not a power mediation yet just focus) after you eat and before you shower.
When you shower focus on the water energy. This will make sense later
After nightfall before you feel tired around 8-9pm:
Eat again do kundalini yoga just spine and neck poses. Make sure it "burns" not hurts. Cobra breath, plow, cat and cow yoga poses (google these poses) and stretch your neck. Doing these too long makes me, personally, tired.
if you feel tired doing the yoga poses this will disappear. Then do chi kung for 10 minutes.
After chi kung, meditate for 10 minutes, and go into a light to a medium light trance and FINALLY go into the invocation meditation from the joy of satan site and invoke water for 20 minutes. End by meditating for another 5 minutes .
This will give you energy after you rest for a little while. You will not feel like running a mile instantly but an hour or 2 later you might feel a sudden charge but you will be able to stay awake untill 5-6 am if done step by step every step is necessary.
