I used to get this weird feeling just before falling asleep at night, where I was unable to move and I would feel tingly, like when your foot falls asleep, only, all over.
But this morning, I got it, and then I was able to do it on command. I notice I could not do it if my eyes were completely open, and once I started it, I could not open my eyes. It feels kind of like an electric charge, like when you unplug something and your hand is kind of wet. I wonder if it has anything to do with my energy, it's weird.
