Malocclusion: The Pandemic no one is talking about

Edit: My mistake! The people pictured on the left are the ones who eat their natural diet. The ones pictured on the right are the ones who ate a modern diet. Apologies for any confusion caused. If a moderator could correct my op, that would be appreciated!

If you want more info on this topic look up Dr. Weston A Price. He was a dentist in the 1930s and went all over the world studying peoples teeth and figuring out things about their diet that made them so strong. A woman named Sally Fallon Morell made a foundation in his honor which is all about getting back to a natural diet. This foundation has a ton of info about this topic and other things that affect our health. I've been looking thru it for several years and it's amazing. They use a combo of science and ancient wisdom when talking about any topic. They have no spiritual affiliation nor do they push any spiritual pratice.

Please look into them.

if that doesn't work then just put in the westonaprice.org part and it should pop up.

Thank you for your kind words, brother! As an Zevism who has dealt with Malocclusion, it really sucks. Rest assured I am looking into a way to fix it permanently.

I have indeed heard of mewing, doesn't it only work though if you are under 25? Apparently by 25 the bones of the palette fuse together and thus mewing wouldn't change anything by then.

Maybe, although these anecdotes mention some positive results: https://www.reddit.com/r/orthotropics/comments/n4r6nl/anyone_30_have_success_with_mewing/

Good post. I wanted to specify some things.

The tongue must be all the time in the correct position (with its tip resting on the hard palate) to breath well and have a correct body posture. With the time the correct position should become natural. This can't eliminate malocclusion, as mewing seems to do, but it can prevent it. I also read that correct tongue position stimulate the nervous system.

Weeeeell, I had that problem.

Orthodontist fixed it, that's why I can speak correctly right know.

It affected me mainly regards to speech, and it was wearing away my teeth.

People, starting with my own family was often making comments about my "peculiar speaking form", since I was a teenage... I didn't know nothing about my problem, until one day, two years ago, when a classmate said to me that I was talking like a serpent  mean, hissing. Well, he imitated me and just laughed away, while I felt a little bit ashamed. That night I recorded my voice in my smartphone and what a surprise! I was talking like a fuc*** retard! Ohhh maaann, I felt really ashamed of myself, because all my life I had had that horrible condition... That horrible problem at the moment to open my mouth and speak with other ones! And no one had tell me nothing about.

So, I think that classmate was a good dude after all, because some days after, I went to the orthodontist and she explained me what I had.

Currently I don't have that problem, and I had the fortune that it didn't affect my appearance as in the images of the examples on this post  .

I totally agree with say that it's a problem that must be fixed, of course, preferably at a young age. I encoure to everyone to talk about it with the affected ones, sometimes is better to be "the bad one" that says the things (with some humour preferably), and not to be the one that just laugh at the back of other ones and never says what could make the difference.

That's all by now, thx for read.
Blessings.

I sometimes my sinuses get stuffed thinking I might have allergies, how can i fix this problem apart for nasal sprays? Can breathing exercises help with mouth breathing?

Hi, sorry I never got around to replying to you, as I didn't receive a notification.
The breathing exercises on the Joy of Satan website can certainly help you practise correct breathing through the nose.
Practise them and I am sure it will break the habit of mouth breathing. Orthotropics, as promoted by Professor John Mew can also help.

A nasal spray can help short term with congestion, but it's better to deal with the source of the problem in the long term. Avoid whatever is causing you allergies, make sure your living quarters are free of any dust and ensure they are well ventilated and of a comfortable temperature. You could also do a healing working to deal with the allergies if you are advanced enough.

I hope this helps you!
