On Step Three You breathe the arousal into the front sacral extension or middle sacral chakra? I did it in both and i think im starting to feel it in my middle sacral chakra. I believe i feel the energy it created is flowing through my already, i feel it.

LOL as im typing this i feel it intensifying throughout my body. I have a headache and i smell this funny smell. lol

I Store my chi in step one in my front chakra extension.
My question is, do i breathe the arousal into the middle sacral chakra? or Front? I think i feel it in the middle. But im not too sure.
