The reason why I ask is I read what is written on the jos site and the formula is still under construction. My question is, how can I preform this meditation if it's not complete?
Of course the obvious is in the paragraph that I wrote, it's still under construction. However i am not sure but there have been some who actually done this still, though not yet complete.
Is there a link that anyone has that I can study and actually preform this meditation? Anyone?
