Magickal square for employment (Jupiter?)

Hi, everyone.

Sorry for still not posting a proper introduction yet. I'm kind of busy at the moment.

I am currently struggling to find employment and thought that maybe I could help it with a magickal square.
However I am not quite sure which planet is the right one to use here.
From what I gathered here, intuition and method of elimination, it seems that a Jupiter-square would be appropriate.
So, since Jupiter will be in Cancer next Thursday, I planned to start a ritual but I want to make sure it really is the correct planet.

I have already performed a Venus square before and met with fairly good results and experiences.

Thanks in advance.

Greetings my friend, I hope this finds you well. You can look at @HPS Lydia profile as she recently alerted our family to important upcoming dates. I'll copy here what she wrote in case you have issues looking on her profile post activity:

"Some important dates for magickal workings coming up:
-This Wednesday and next, Mercury square can be done

-Fridays from June 6 to July 4, Venus square

-June 11 is a Full Moon in Sagittarius with Jupiter strong in Cancer. This is a great opportunity to do white magick, anything having to do with good luck, opportunities, accomplishing something major, money workings, gambling.

-Jupiter squares can be done!!! Starting June 12 until November 11. A total of 8 squares can be done."

Yes, Jupiter would be appropriate and you'll want to start on the date (last sentence) indicated by our High Priestess.

Hail the Gods!!!

Thanks to both of you.

Maybe this is a really silly question, but, again, just to be sure: "Doing 8 squares from June 12 until November 11".
I'm assuming this means that I start a square on June 12 and when I'm finished after 16 days, immediately the next day I just start over again and I repeat doing that until November 11.
Is this correct?

Greetings my friend, please read here:

and here:

Specifically: "Begin the mantra on a Thursday during the hours of Jupiter."

I hope this helps.

Sorry, but no. I was already well aware of this info.
My question was what it means to do 8 squares.
Do I just start over the day after I have finished one?
Or do I need to wait a bit before I start over, for example until the next Thursday or until some astrological condition is met again?

Greetings my friend. Read the example instructions from the first link:

Specifically:

"In continuing the example for using the Sun Square, you would want to begin the mantra when the Sun is strong, either in its sign of exaltation [Aries] or home sign of Leo. NEVER do any solar rituals or work when the Sun is in Libra [sign of its fall] or Aquarius [sign of its detriment]. All solar rituals and workings for the Sun should be started on a Sunday [day of the Sun] and during the hours of the Sun."

"The Sun working should ideally be started during daylight hours when the Sun is high in the sky and strong, like between 10:00 am and 14:00 [2 pm], if possible.

Each day, the mantra chosen for the Sun should be recited during the hours of the Sun."

My apologies for not providing the full explanation from the second link:

"The mantra for Jupiter is for 16 days in a row. It is important never to skip any days, as this will cancel out the entire work.

Begin the mantra when Jupiter is strong in its home signs of Sagittarius or Pisces, or when it is in its exalted sign of Cancer.

DO NOT begin this mantra when Jupiter is in the signs of Capricorn [its fall] or Gemini or Virgo [its detriment].

Begin the mantra on a Thursday during the hours of Jupiter.

Ideally, each day, the mantra chosen for Jupiter should be recited during the hours of Jupiter for that day. This is ideal, but regardless, never skip any days, regardless of the hour."

Good Luck!

Hail the Gods!!!

Thanks for your effort SPIRITUS, but that was not my question. Maybe I'm a little dense or not articulating myself very well. Yes, I get what doing ONE square means.

I'm referring to this quote:
-Jupiter squares can be done!!! Starting June 12 until November 11. A total of 8 squares can be done."
So I start the first square today, i.e. June 12. That means I will finish it on June 27. And then? When do I start the second one?
Do I start right away the next day on June 28 (which is a Saturday), chaining them up one after the other, as if it was one single working?
Or should I wait for the next Thursday, which is July 3 and pay attention to the positioning of Jupiter again. Essentially treating all squares like they are a single working each?

Your links and comments do not answer this question or maybe I'm just not seeing it.

No. It was explained.

What HPS Lydia meant was that you can do 8 squares in total if you start today. The general rules for squares still apply. They are never disregarded.

Squares are intermediate magick, and understanding simple timing is beginner level for magick. So maybe you may want to do something at a lower level, for starters.
