looking to explore new realms of the dark side

hi i am a laveyan satanist and im looking to explore more boundaries i wish to further educate myself on the ritual practices of my fellow satanists, not come here to bash you all, as that would make me my worst enemy, the hypocrite, i want to gain sufficient knowlege on magick and rituals so that i may discover my true power for too long ive been tied down by the binds of christianity for too long ive suffered by the hand of the right handed path for my beliefs in the words of shagrath-dimmu borgir "Time has come to step up, and take back what you took from me!" you of course referring to the right hand is there some one that can point me in the right direction and get me started on the path to true enlightenment

indeed i have which is how i stumbled upon this delightful group im very pleased to see there are people like myself in this world that i can call a family the neglegience and incompitence of our worlds current society helped me to turn away from the light and seek a more natural path, one that i could agree with to the deepest of consent the site..was amazing and i wish to know more so as to be closer to satan and by so doing become closer to my self

So you're laveyan, so does that mean you don't believe in father satan as a real being?

i have not yet dedicated officially as for achieving god status yes ive heard of the wonders and the plenty and bountiful gifts that come with but ive not known of the dedication until arriving at your glorious website now there is no actual ceremony to be involved, i can do the dedication rites on my own correct?

well heres the thing i was raised baptised and confirmed catholic but i had too many questions that were left unanswered and i must say at the time i embraced "god" i did not have the best of luck with life. then i discovered satanism, laveyan to be exact and at that time i did embrace him and i must say the achievements i had made and the wonderous gifts of life that had come to me were great then i kinda lost a sense of "embracing a deity" if you will and since then im back to where i was in the beginning soo currently no but i am considering what the past was like when i did so thats why im here now im trying to find my way "back home" if you will my deepest intentions are to become more powerful in the mind body and soul than ive ever been i know the potential is there and the power that is within me is very great many times have i felt it tryin to get out but for some reason ive always repressed that power now i wish to release that power and become who i know i was meant to be i just dont know how but to answer your question not at the moment but i know once i discover my true self i will embrace him more than i ever have and ill never turn my back i know in my heart this is my home ive felt him with in me since i discovered satanism but like i said for reasons unknown to me i just stopped embracing him and thats when my life went down hill again i hope and believe he will greet me with open arms again

ahh sweetness now is there any certain conditions of environment and do i have to use specific candles i read on the site that black or red candles would suffice but there was no clearification on whether or not they were specifically ritual candles im just asking because i dont want to walk in to a candle shop buy six tall black candles and everything go wrong because they werent specifically for ritual purposes

To find the spiritual enlightenment you seek you must meditate and channel energy, and strengthen your "soul".

LeVayans do not necessarily believe in the soul, but Anton LeVay DID KNOW THE POWER OF WILL AND SUGGESTION.

IMO he was NOT an atheist, he believed in the true Satan.
As I read his writings I can read it between the lines.
