I just got this started today when I drank water upon waking up. I noticed I couldn't normally swallow it down like before. I felt *tightness* at right side of the bottom of rib. It could be liver ache..fatty liver maybe? I just ate something and still I could feel that tightness and maybe ache. But it feels more like a tightness there while swallowing food.. what's this...
