One such as my self and many others those that have fallen and those that are still with us . Train physically then astrally .
The more you physically train the more bio electricity you can develop .
Astrally well you need only look at the site to find out.
To lead good trained soldiers in a battle is a waste excellent is the very least . To lead a un-trained soldier to battle, is to lead them to death . I've seen it happen all to many times before was with one group on astral only one truelly trained was one leading it and bodyguards. Basically sent rest to their death. Please note I didn't specify this time but I speak of past.
