It's safe to say that I am - a bit over a year old in Satanism now, and I do the Full Chakra Meditation (both Maum and Guruvae) and a Twin Serpent Meditation, I haven't started others of the Intermediate Section (and the additional RAUM meditation) because I know it won't be able to do all those daily, it'd be irregular.
As I do the Full Chakra Meditation with my back straight, starting with MAUM for crown, GAUM, HAUM, etc, as soon as I start vibrating LAUM for the base (with proper concentration), I start getting a hot sensation in my Base Chakra, and then every vibration after that (of other Chakras also) hits the hot Base Chakra too, and I start having increase in my body temperature.
I can feel the increase in heat even in my face and eyes, and this heat returns to normal after some 15 to 25 minutes after I finish my meditation.
So is it the Kundalini Serpent Awakening?
(I'm aware of HP Maxine's post about Kundalini signs but I only get the rise in body heat).

I know that you have to have a strong body to drive the energy up your spine for your Kundalini serpent to rise, but what exercises shouod be recommended? I do yoga everyday, but what about core training?

<td val[/IMG]Just keeping your body healthy should be fine. If you want to start a weight training program then I recommend stronglifts 5x5 or another variation, bodyweight training is also good. I also highly recamend you take up a martial art (boxing, or MMA preferable) but this stuff is not nesasary. What's important is having all you chakras open, empowered and free of blockages and your mind under control through void meditation.

Ghettoworkout, running, qi gong, yoga, tibetans rites. Thats way more effective then powerlifting, you get the core strenght and result remain far longer. Hey this is my daily routine be inspired daaaaw.

Core training would be good for sure, but you don't wanna be a one-trick-pony. Muscular imbalances are very real and the result of one could be bone displacement. I prefer to work out my whole body as a unit, it builds more mass and strength over all. I do a lot of pushups, crunches, reverse crunches, pull-ups and run hella lot. Building body mass is like expanding the size of a container, except your body is a container full of energy, so the more size, the more energy you can handle.
As long as you're exersizing and doing Yoga you're set. But also remember raising your Kundalini could take a long time, so I wouldn't worry about it as of now. Focus on your meditation, yoga, and working out.

It's not strictly necessary to have a weight lifting program of any description in raising kundalini. Sure if you want to do some strength and resistance training to build muscle mass you can but in reality this is not going to make you raise kundalini more quickly and easily than anyone else. Exercise for flexibility on the other hand WILL improve your ability and chances at raising kundalini, and yoga can be difficult if your already tired and sore from a weightlifting session.

Not to say you shouldn't lift, as I did for a while when younger and I'm glad that I did as it improved my body shape and strength but for those who don't have time or don't feel that it is necessary then they shouldn't feel compelled to do this.

Long distance running at low intensity is also actually very bad for you, it raises your resting cortisol blood plasma levels which basically means you have a stress hormone in your blood at a higher concentration for longer which leads to increased cell degradation and decreased digestive system function over time.

if you are interested take gymnastic classes. I do gymnastic and it strengthen you in every way (flexibility. cardio. growing muscle. and increases focus)
