I've recently started to do Kundalini yoga and I need some help on what to do in some of the exercises/poses. This is all in this group's files.
1: Position 8 - What exactly are you supposed to do?
2: Position 9 - Don't understand what I am supposed to do after I locked the hand position and raises my arms in the air.
3:When it is said to do repeat 108 times, does that mean inhale and exhale count as 1?
4: What does it mean : In a beginner's class each exercise that lists 108 repetitions can be done 26 times?

You might be able to find some vid clips on Utube to help you out if not: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... urces.html This is a good resource section to get the materials. 8. Lock the fingers in bear grip at the throat level (8A). Inhale -apply mul bhand. Exhale -apply mul bhand. Then raise the hands above the top of the head (8B). Inhale -apply mul bhand. Exhale -apply mul bhand. Repeat the cycle two more times. Mul bhand is locking your anus muscles in to sent a energy volt up the spine. 9. Do the breath of fire with the it: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... _Fire.html I count the full rep of the movement with breathe exercise as one. As for 4 for newbies who can't do the 108 reps they can do 26 reps instead.
