Im looking for answers from one who has experienced this, thanks.
I did this meditation (Shortcut from JOS intro sermons) and i expected some real pain. My body took it well, i had no pain at all. Seemed like a normal meditation, i had thought it was just a one time deal. So i realize all this meditation does it directs sexual/or kundalini energy up the chakras/spine, empowering them. I also read a while back a post Maxine made, she said she would circulate her chi through all her chakras. During the meditation she would put her chi in the kundalini for a while and then continue circulating it. So i now understand what happens during the meditation. I have a few questions. Why is this considered a shortcut? and Where does the energy come from when you stimulate the kundalini, does it come from the energy of the kundalini or does it drain your environments energy and transforms it into sexual/kundalini energy?
