Kundalini Question

I have been doing some research in different methods of ascension and I was wondering if any one could provide some feed back about a theory I have.

Since your front, back, and the side extentions of your chakras are "extenstions" of your main central chakras, could you not direct your Kundalini straight up through your main central chakras - in turn, empowering all of your chakra extenstions with kundalini energy as well since they are connected to the central chakras?

Some things I am learning about kundalini.

In order for the kundalini to rise.. your chakras have to be clear otherwise
there can be consequences that may not be so comfortable. Also in order for it
to rise, I've found that your Ida (left) and Pingala (right) have to be
balanced, before it can rise up the main center channel "Sushumna"
(Yggdrassill). The Ida/Pingala belongs to the Autonomic nervous system (ANS),
while the Sushumna belongs to the Central Nervous System (CNS). I think perhaps
that is where Nostril breathing comes in handy. The seat of the Sushumna is in
the Cerebrum, and the main nerve fibres of it are located in the Heart chakra.

Another thing I've recently found out, and would like to hear what Maxine has to
say about this is... The Elder Futhark of the 24 Runes actually corresponds to
kundalini in their 3 columns... Apparently also the 72 Goetic daemons are
associated with Runes to (I assume 3 each), and wouldn't be surprised if they
also correspond to the Kundalini and different areas of the spine due to the
properties or types of their unique powers. The Sowilo Rune, my favorite I Wed
myself to and first Rune that gave me the experience of what its like to have a
taste of symbolically having ones horns (the mythic) of where the dream and
physical reality overlap and one Lucid Wakes while walking in a deep trance in
physical reality, is situated above the head which is no doubt the 8th chakra
above the crown chakra. I found this out through many questions and meditations
and came up with a number of theories and happened to have a brief experience
with it.

Anyway, Considering the 24 Runes correspond to the spinal column of kundalini
and chakras, Maxine.. do you know which order those runes go to the spinal
column?

Aside from the Indian system of Ida/Pingala and Sushumna, you shoud look into
the chinese practices as well. The Microcosmic orbit has you circulate your
energy up the back (back extensions) and over the head and down the front (front
chakra extensions). I don't remember exactly, but I remember reading something
about after the circulation of the Microcosmic orbit which must be mastered
before shooting the energy up the main channel the center of the spine. This
sounds very reminescent of what I mentioned in my last email of Ida/Pingala
needing to be balanced prior to the kundalini rising up the center channel.
Funny though, the difference in Indian and Chinese seems to be front and back
vs Left and Right, prior to going up the center channel. I think both hold
validity, as they are established exercises of great benefit.... but wonder if
they are the same thing with different terminology, or they are closely related
(the Ida/Pingala/Sushumna and the Orbit front/back/center).
